Mirai watched from a safe place. "So unfair," She sighed in
dissapointment. Since she used up 2/3 of her battery, she had a
risk where she could pass out. "Maybe if i had Kichi with me, she
could increase my luck, but that would be a strech."
==========
Kich managed to collect enough items as she could, along with a few
kills from the robots. "Heh, i'm getting pretty lucky today!" she
said with a smile, noticing the huge robot in the distance. "Ooo,
maybe today is my lucky day!", she dashes to the scene.
As the robot fell, debris spread along the floor, grazing Oru's
leg. With a huge clunk of metal, the twenty points were awarded to
the students who helped. "Thirty seconds remain, be fast." The
voice rang out once more.
Oru made a panicked squeak and scurried away from the scene,
limping due to her leg. Her quirk made her easy to injure, so she
would have to work on her evasive abilities. She held her cutlass
in her hand and carried on limping away.
Shinku sprinted away, one dagger held firmly in his hand.
Kichi went to the scene, dissapointed that she missed the whole
event. "I could have won 20 points!" She sighed, looking around for
any robots or items.
Mirai got up and found a few robots, beating them up with her
fists, "It's all or nothing now!" She screamed in rage.
Himo smashed a few more robots down, He was backing up and smashed
another robot. He heard stepping behind him and he saw Oru limping.
“Oru, Are you okay?” He asked while sending out his fist and
smashing a robot behind her. The strings in his body were getting
loose.
Oru froze up at the sudden interaction. "That falling robot grazed
my leg. My quirk makes injuries hurt more, it's all like paper."
She told him, nodding for a second when he smashed the robot from
behind her.
Mirai zipped thru the area, and ended up crashing into Kichi(She's
on 10%). "Oww!" Kichi screamed, holding Mirai in her arms. "Well, i
guess your almost out of battery, huh?" Mirai nodded, suddenly
falling asleep.
"I-I think I'll be okay. The exam is pretty much over." Mustering
the rest of her arm strength, she reached into her sling bag and
snatched a piece of paper. She lifted it into the air with her
quirk and folded it quickly into a boomerang. She sharpened the
edges and then proceeded to throw the boomerang behind Hime,
slicing off the head of a smaller robot.
Kichi finished off a few robot while protecting the sleeping Mirai.
"Why didn't you bring your battery with you?" Kichi asked herself,
beating the robots over the head with a iron pole.
"Time's up. Please return to the assembly point to see what class
you're in." The announcer called.
Shinku slid the dagger back into his jacket pocket and put his hand
on the back of his head. He closed his eyes and looked down, taking
a long second to exhale. He changed his eye colour from crimson to
dim gray again, trudging into the assembly point.
Oru nodded briefly at Hime in thanks and tried on a smile, taking
the boomerang and cutlass and screwing them up with her quirk. She
put the balls of paper in her sling bag, trying to hide her limp to
the assembly point.
Even if Mirai was heavy, Kichi managed to carry her and the items
to the assembly point. "I hope we're in the same classes," Kichi
thought. "After all, we need to stick together.
"I wonder what we can do now." Kichi wondered as she plugged in
Mirai to an outlet.
She was pretty happy with how her results were, a few kills and a
load of items. She was also confident that Mirai could have gotten
a great score, even if she isn't the brightest.
"Now, where is that kid?" She thought, looking around for the
friend they made earlier that day.
As the results and classes popped up in the screen, heads turned
towards it all around the hall and silence fell. Small noises of
rejoice or misery broke out around the hall upon seeing the
results.
"So I'm in... Z-Class." Oru smiled greatfully, beginning to tear up
remembering her path to get where she was now.
"Z-Class." Shinku affirmed, smirking. He then strolled out of the
building, keeping his eye colour dim grey.
