I lost my old diary right after I made it and so I just decided to make a new one. I apologize in advance to the mods.

I'm tired and I just want my breeding couple in the daycare to actually give me eggs at a reasonable rate instead of having to wait 5 years for the next one to come along. I just want a shiny phantump, is that too much to ask? Apparently. My luck is terrible.

Eggs are finally coming at a rate that is a bit faster. I can't wait for my shiny child to finally arrive! Phantumps are so cute and I love red and white colour schemes, so this shiny is a match made in heaven for me.

Aaaaand no more eggs. Shoot. Why doesn't my breeding couple love me? Or, eachother I suppose. I haven't gotten any new eggs for quite a while now. I'm debating whether or not I should buy the Hard chip for the egg radar so I can at least get some eggs instead of absolutely zero. I'm pretty sure that shouldn't break my chain as they will still be Phantumps, right?

Started Chinchou shiny hunt. Going okay so far. Not a lot of eggs, but it's enough.

Eggs coming in slowly. It's a bit annoying, but oh well I guess. There's not much I can really do in this situation but wait.
