Dream World Update

Our Dream World Shop has just received a major overhaul: Apart from a complete design upgrade, we have also added a bunch of new hourly and daily tasks for collecting more Dream Points. These new tasks include different activities in Emera Town, trading and more mini games at the Game Center.
But not only that! Starting today, we will have regular Event Plushie distribution every two weeks. Because more events means for fun! Are you ready to collect 'em all?

Event Plushie Distributions

Event Plushie Distributions are now happening regularly every 2 weeks. As soon as one event distribution ends, another one starts!
The event plushies are chosen randomly - they can either be shiny plushies of regular Pokémon species or even legendary Event Plushies! And don't worry in case you've missed an Event, your favorite Pokémon is sure to be redistributed again after a few months.
The Dream Point requirements for obtaining the Event Plushie have been lowered to compensate for the higher amount of events we will have from now on.

Full Changelog:

→ Event Plushie Distributions are now happening regularly every 2 weeks.
→ Many new hourly and daily tasks have been added as suggested by our communits. The tasks include different activities in Emera Town (such as gem boiling, fishing and the berry garden), as well as trading and more game center games.
→ Dream Points can now claimed/bought directly on the DW Shop page instead of an external page.
→ The Dream Level is now displayed as stars instead of a number. The maximum you can reach is 8 stars.
→ The nugget prices for buying Dream Points has been drastically decreased.
→ A Dream Level Premium Upgrade has been added. It increases your Dream Level by 3 stars for 30 days (even if you've already reached the maximum level). The higher your Dream Level, the more DW Points you receive for completing tasks!
→ A search bar for finding a specific Pokémon in the Dream World Shop has been added.

Interesting new updates. Berry garden, fishing and other stuff seem like good ways to earn additional Dream Points.

I might be a little bit worried about more plushie events. The lower requirement of DP for them could maybe help.

I admit to being a little confused; one of the tasks I have is to complete 20 dreamworld tasks, however there are only 16 available, including the one requiring me to complete 20 tasks, and it's listed as one that resets at midnight, which means even if I complete all 18 tasks today it'll still reset and start over tomorrow? *confused*

Won't let me collect a few as well.. but my biggest complaint is going to a user's page and choosing which plushie to send them does not work anymore. You have to remember which plushie, go to the dream shop, put in their username then search for the plushie. This is a pain and very deterring.

This is great. I love some of the new tasks etc and the fact you can earn more per hour as a result. I can't say I like the new boxy layout though since it makes it all over the screen rather than in a nice neat line, one under the other but eh, I'll just have to get used to it taking longer to claim the points.

I have however, noticed 3 bugs, well, maybe 2 since two are likely related?

When you browse someone's plushie collection and click on the plushie you want to send them, it takes you to the dream world and is supposed to auto select the plushie you clicked on and prefill the recipient's name. It no longer does.

Also, I tried to claim the points from interacting with 8 eggs/pokemon on index. The page simply refreshes but does not claim the points.

Edit: So the next hour I tried to collect Interaction lvl 3 again, this time being feed 25 berries and that too doesn't collect, so as the person after me stated, it's 'Interaction lvl 3' that is bugged.
Please train with my shadow wartortle. He's so cute!

The exact two issues I have. It's "Interactions Level 3" that does not let you collect. And yes the plushie AND user is no longer pre-selected like it used to be. Super frustrating, that part at least.

I'm mobile only, and the 2 pages combined make it a bit less mobile friendly. I do have a suggestion over here to request the pages be separate again, or have an optional page for claiming dream points.

I am a mobile only player.

I agree it's kind of hard to see as a mobile user. I miss the old system.

Same bug as Zellane said. Interactions Lvl. 3 isn't working and Rowan's Lab too.

I think there's a bug at the Adoptions box. I adopted a couple of eggs from Daycare after reset and it showed 2/4 eggs in the counter, but after the eggs hatched, the counter reset to 0/4 eggs.

Confirmed. I just had one, it hatched and it went back to 0.

Edit: Lab bug also confirmed. I have adopted 0 eggs from the lab yet it has the green check mark indicating I've collected it.

Same as Xellane on the plushies issue and interaction level 3 and mecc88 on the DC adoptions. I had adopted 2 at the same time but then it reset to 0. Lab adopts is showing as completed with a green tic but I have not adopted any due to being on a hunt.

Not that I'm glad to see I'm not the only one having problems with Interaction LV 3, but I'm having problems with it as well. Refusal to let me collect my dp was leaving me feeling like I was going nuts.

I wasted a bunch of expensive berries and couldn't even get the dream points because of a bug.

Bug update:
As far as the eggs from DC quest as long as you do NOT release the Pokemon you hatched from daycare the number will remain as how many you've adopted.

Edit
Still a bug attached - the quest was for adopting 4 eggs to collect, I only adopted 3 and it let me complete the quest.

Aside from the bugs collecting DW points and in the DW shop, the new layout is cluttered and counterintuitive imo. I'm sure I'll get used to it but if I had the choice, I'd go back to the older, cleaner design.

That said, I really like all the new additional tasks that are available. The variety is nice.
