(In this rp, battles are done by each trainer getting a randomly generated number 1-20. The higher, the better the move is used. Then, we rp out the move according to the roll.)

(It's okay, I rolled a one my first time.)

there isn't very much that can be done with ice shard at a low roll since it is 100% accurate and 40 power. Is isn't very effective on the ice type, so it does probably 1/6 damage?

Joshua had brought back Flocon to his pokeball thanking it for the good job and then rushed to the nearby pokemon center, cause he didn’t want Flocon to be hurt any longer. But as the battle was happening right outside, he came back out to enjoy the rest of the battle that was happening.

"Sneasel, use taunt!" Neo says.

I believe there is no roll for taunt, as it isn't status lowering/raising. You just can only use attacking moves now for two turns, as it is always that duration of time.

Rose decided to just watch while cleaning up Goldie. She scribbled in her little journal, drawing semi-crude doodles of her new friends and writing about them and the battle.

taunt makes affected unable to use status moves! ))

Neo seems really cool! He has a Skoroopi Skorupi and a Sneasel and is really nice.
Rose looked up at Lunara. I think this girl's Luna? She seems really chill for the most part, I hope we become friends!

also, the italics are her writing. ))

“Huh? Another battle again?” Daliya walks out of the pokecenter and saw Neo fighting the other girl trainer.Sniper the Snivy was stretching his arms beside Daliya, who goes to the side of the battle. “SOMEONE’S gotta be the REFERRER, so I’LL do it!” She proudly presents herself despite being late at the battle.

“ANYWAYS, you can’t use Confuse ray since it’s a STATUS MOVE, and taunt ONLY allows you to use ATTACK MOVES.” She places her hands upon her hips. “USE another move, sweetie.” She looks at Luna with an encouraging smile.


(Also, how many rounds you guys are going to do? Or you’re gonna see who’s health depleats first?)

(Ack- I apologize, college got busy)

With the young Swablu back inside her pokeball, where it would be a considerably more comfortable place to nap than in the bouncing arms of her trainer, Heir skips her way towards the Pokemon center. There in just a couple of minutes, she walks through the sliding doors, heading to the mart section and glancing at the stock on the shelves.
