Hi erm i have a problem about the Bulletin Board in the Berrygarden, well when i have all the ingrediants to deliver, and when i press deliver, it keeps saying i haven't got the ingrediants to deliver, and with that it wont give me any Puzzle piece which i know i need from this

Are you sure you didn't click twice? ^^ I usually see that response when I've doubleclicked. The order has gone through, but the refresh means that the system can't find the order and hence says that you don't have all the ingredients.

Are there check marks (green) everywhere?

Yes the green tick marker is there, i press deliver and then it says sorry have no ingredents

Did they disappear after the error?
Have you checked the Bank to see if you got PD for the order?

It's possible that the Bulletin Board tried to send your order twice; contrary what many think, this is actually not caused by a double-click, even if it acts like it. Sometimes, it just tries to send in an order twice.

I don't know whats going on, i swear to god i am not clicking twice, thing is i think.. only a think its going threw but with that tho i can't get the puzzle piece's because of this

I can confirm that it's going through, and I'm pretty sure that also means that you can get Puzzle Pieces. You just won't get the cut scene/mini-animation ^^

Maybe take a look at the Puzzles-page, every 10 or so orders?

well only one gone threw properly at the mo because i was showing my partner what is going on, but the useual happend when i show someone what's wrong it goes threw... -.- sigh... so im currently on 499 Puzzle pieces just and i have been on 498 for at least 10 orders anyway so.. Tbh i actually thorght it was my phone at first (i mainly go on my phone because my pc doesn't work well) so i went on my pc for this order for the screenshot (i cant do screenshot on my phone) and it came up with the same error

Like I said, just because you get the red error, doesn't mean it didn't go through ^^'
Best bet is to check the Bank, because if the order is gone, chances are you got paid for it (:

yeah i did get paid for it just looked, i just don't know why it comes up with the error tho =s

Let's step through what happens at the Bulletin board.

1. Click a task, shows preloaded info
2. Click deliver (first time, so not really delivering), the code creates a new form called bulletinDeliverSelection
3. Click deliver again (so this time actually delivering), the code collects all the berry settings and sends it to the server where it's being checked if you have all the berries and if you're using the last of some level. Then the server responds by saying "hey, that bulletinDeliverSelection you had there, submit that" so then your task is being delivered.

No problems so far.

But what if we first go as far as step 2 on a task you don't have all ingredients for, then the form is still being created and it's still called bulletinDeliverSelection. So when you go to another task and go as far as step 3, there will be multiple forms with the same name, so when the server says "hey, that bulletinDeliverSelection you had there, submit that" it will choose the first bulletinDeliverSelection it finds. So chances are that will be the first task you looked at and you'll end up getting an error message.

This has more unwanted side effects, if you first look at a task you're unsure about and then deliver a task that you do want to deliver, it might actually deliver the task you looked at first.

So, change the name from the forms to include the task number, that should fix that


P.S.: I am aware that the OP did say the trade was gone, and that her screenshots also show this, so I'm not sure if this will fix that, but this needs to be fixed either way.

This bug (including it not being a double-click) was already brought up in a 'confirmed' bug report here. So for the sake of everything being in one place, can I ask for any new information to be added there? This post wil be locked.
