Accepted, kinda, the PD price is a bit high even for a hard rarity of a Pokémon. I can approve everything else you requested though. Just adjust the PD price and I'll add you in.

That might be a bit to meta, but at the same time, it makes sense that you could. But I have to be able to approve or deny your price limits and time limits if they're ridiculous and unreasonable.
