So I just did the gem cauldron twice. Used an odd incense each time and at around the same time, 40 gems left or so, both times the gems werent loading fast enough. This is absolutely ridiculous, the gem cauldron isnt a new feature so I feel like this bug shouldnt even be possible at this point... I wasted so many gems that I cannot afford to waste and really feel like I have been cheated. Hopefully something can be done because I dont think its fair that I wasted not only hundreds of thousands of pokedollar in gems but 10,000 pokedollars on the odd incense. I highly doubt you will actually do the right thing and compensate all users who have been cheated but the least you could do is fix the darn bug. This could be the reason I finally stop playing this game tbh because gems are too hard to get and too easy to lose.

Just to clarify - you mean the gems on the cauldron artwork? Or the gems around it that you can click on?
