How can I get a soothe bell? Same question for sun and moon stones. Assuming they appear in the item shop at random? Trying to get a whole eeveelution set if it wasn't obvious.

Yes, all of them have a chance to appear in the item shop. Soothe bell and sun stone are in fact in stock today. :]

Additionally:

In the Game Center, playing Treasure Hunt has a change of finding an evolution item in the box (I assume soothe bell, moon and sun stone are all possible options) but it might take some tries and luck to pick the right box and then some more luck for the box to contain an evolution item, not to mention one of the ones you want. So it might not be the best option.

Also in the Game Center, you can go to the Prize Exchange and buy moon and sun stones with game chips. It's easier and possibly cheaper in the end than Treasure Hunt.

If you'd rather spend gems than game chips to get the items, you can also use the Gem Cauldron to boil moon and sun stones. Though if you haven't unlocked the recipes yet, you'll have to boil some of the other evolution stones first to be able to boil moon and sun stones.

It's also worth it to check the Global Trade Station in case another user has one of the items you're looking for up for trade.

You can evolve soothe bell Pokemon at the salon at any time for a bit of a higher price than soothe bells if you can't wait.
