Like what fuzzy said, that is way to much for a pidgey.
They are a really common breed so they won't go for much. Maybe around 9-12k is a reasonable price

True... I have gotten shiny gy rados for 1 pd before, put it on swt, and got a shiny pidgy. This happened on several different occasions. So technically I got shiny pidgy for 1 pd MANY times.
