I'm new on this site and was psyched to get the vs seeker. To my disappointment I couldn't actually battle anyone easily I'd have to find an opponent around my lv and then I assume challenge them but to search for someone that I know I can beat is fairly pointless. This all could be pointless as I'm not far in the game but I Thout that there could be npc trainers that we could fight against progressively getting stronger and giving better rewards every Battle etc? Also could bring an npc championship with different ranks for different levelled players. Just a Thout.

I thought the exact same thing, we need npc for the newbies like me, otherwise it's just like a bully type system... Which is no fun

When I was gonna battle I thought it would give you random moves but nope all you get is attack and special attack there should be like a move learner so you can set up a proper team with proper moves

I'd approve of having AI to fight, since it's pretty hard finding people willing to battle. Though as for the battle system itself, I think it's perfect considering this isn't Pokemon Showdown.

I know what y'all mean. Maybe they could add a random user feature so you can battle with a user online.
