Do you prefer body weight training or training in the gym or do you mix both ?
Do people sometimes stop you and ask for hints because you did the transformation while they're still only beginners ?
Do you use supplements or are they unnecessary in your opinion ?
If you used to do fitness and quit, what's your reason ? Or what is your reason for not doing fitness, are you making excuses ?
What are the benefits of a muscular or more fit body according to you, was the transformation worth it to you ?
