How/where do I get items for the fashion case?

You get items by completing tasks at the beauty contest (Emera Square).
There’s currently no tasks available, since the voting has already started. But you can try it when it’s available again (which will be on the 14th every month) ^^

Title: What can you do with the Fashion Case?

I have a Fashion Case, but I don’t know what it does. Does it give you more accessories? Does it give you items when you don’t have a task? Or does it let you do tasks? What does it do??

It's basically what lets you participate in the Beauty Contest (starts 14th of every month). During that time, you can complete tasks to earn accessories to decorate your pokemon with.
