the badge description states, “Congratulations! Your 50th shiny hatched out of one of your eggs.”

Which is nice and all, but I haven’t hatched 50+ shinies?

My PokéRadar history for reference:



There’s only 42 shinies accounted for *, which is a stark difference from 50.

* I know that Riako mentioned on Minor Updates that data prior to August 22, 2015 was not recorded, but I couldn’t have hatched any shinies, let alone 8 of them, before then because I joined August 28, 2015, and didn’t get shiny hunting until November.

So. It’s strange, is all. Not a complaint per say, but I’d like to know where the unaccounted 8 are, (if they exist? which I doubt, because while it’s not foolproof, I have kept a log with hatched shinies and what I have matches my PokéRadar History), and it’s unlikely that I’d forget about not one, but eight shinies?

refers to Pokémon "hatched out of one of your eggs" - it doesn't specifically mention the PokéRadar. :)

So, basically, it comes down to shinies with your OT - where you got them from/how you obtained them, doesn't really matter.
