so yesterday I hatched a shiny furfrou and to display it, I put in in my party.
Woe is mine, as when I log on, I can't find it. I look all over the sight, but its gone.

So if you have a shiny furfrou that has the OT of Deathtrooper2345

Are you sure you didn't release it by mistake?

If no, your next option would be getting in contact with one of our Moderators, as they can see your trading history [in case someone accessed your account and traded it to themselves].

I'm pretty sure you actually did release it accidentally.
There's no trace of the shiny anywhere, including any signs that it might've been traded, and there's no evidence of you being hacked.

I had something similar happen to me a week after I joined.
I had an or articuno, and I don't remember how I lost it... I think I was scammed... It would be nice if someone could help me

If you were scammed, you traded it for something that was way below its worth.
Trust me, you'd remember that.

and I checked my browser history (which i do not clear) and I have no records of me releasing it

The only 'history' your browser history could show you, is a 'release a pokémon'-link that leads to a red message :/
Though, a screenshot might help. You don't need to show everything, just the release-links, with access dates.

Also, assuming you have looked at the pokémon's private page, you might find it within your history as well. Granted, it'll be a bit of digging, but if you try and can't find it, at least you'll have a definite answer about what happened to it...
