That any interactions you (or anyone else, everyone gets the bonus at once) make yield twice as much EHP/EXP as they normally would. The most common source is when the Lovemeter (on the community page) filled up the previous day.
If you're on a computer you can mouse over those sorts of displays and it will tell you a little bit.
