The short blonde girl turned to face the other blonde girl who had asked the question "No clue." she chimed, having come to terms with their predicament fairly quickly. Kathy had always been rather good at that. Standing up carefully, as to not slip on the mud beneath them all; Kathy dusted herself off, though the action didn't have much purpose as her attire was mostly soaked by the constant drizzle of rain, bar the leather of course. "I suppose we should start looking around?" the short girl suggested "Who knows, we might find someone who can tell us how to get home?" optimism was all she had at this point.
Jason~
Watching his sister stand, and for once in her life suggest something helpful, Jason nodded in agreement "Probably our best chance. We're going to need to find somewhere dry either way." he added somewhat gruffly "We should probably go in groups, who knows what's out there." he offered, putting a hand on Kathy's head as if to praise her.

The tall boy looked at the short girl who'd spoken "I... guess so." he spoke slowly, as if suddenly reluctant towards the idea that they all needed to stick together, somewhat. Honestly, he was. Even though he'd suggested it, he hadn't fully realized that it meant he needed to be around more people than only his sister, of course he knew that's what he meant, but... in practice it was much more unnerving.

Kei hears the sound of talking in the distance; it's too far for him to actually hear any of what they're saying, but he heads towards it anyways, beginning to feel unnerved by the unfamiliar environment, not that he had been comfortable at all before.

"Or, you could go to La'Teherane." a voice in the sky boomed.
"... What's La'Teherane?!" Tess shouted back.
"This is Saevatain. A world torn by war. Please, though, the Night Children are coming."
"The who- Night Children?! That sounds terrifying-" Ellie said.
Sky Voice cut her off. "La'Teherane is waiting. Now go!"
A shrill screech was heard overhead.

Jace stood there, momentarily stunned. "The Night Children..." he let the words roll from his tongue thoughtfully "Well, that doesn't sound ominous." he continued, his voice dripping with sarcasm. "And that was't the most pleasant screech I've ever heard." he commented before stretching his arms, looking down at Kathy, who was now wide eyed looking up at him. "Hey, Sky Voice! Which way do we have to go to get to La'Teherane?" he called up to the sky, hoping to get some kind of direction.

Kei twitches when he hears the shrill screech, raising his hands to cover his ears, but it's gone when his hands are only halfway there. He can hear the voices more clearly now, and cautiously, he approaches the area he can see some articles of clothing from. From what little he can see through the foilage, they seem to be wearing the same kind of clothing as him. Either that means they're in the same boat, or they're natives here and they might be able to help.

Christoph frowned thinking a bit. Night children? La'Teherane? A war? Voices in the sky? A magical world? There was only one answer to this. The work of true evil was at the play and only a true hero like himself could save the day. No...he couldn't alone. He'd need help.
Emmy felt around her outfit and patted something sturdy. Pulling it out she saw it was a blue book with a sturdy lock covered in symbols. She fiddle with it to find it unlocked with ease.
Looking inside she immediately began to read. It was odd. It made claims of being a spell book. Part of it was written in code and another part was blank other than a faint glow around it.

The tall brunette lad took a look around at everyone "I guess we should try to find La'Teherane?" he concluded, the voice not having offered any directions. Maybe I could try to find the way by scent? he thought I'd have to turn again, but I'm not really sure how I'd even done it the first time... pondering to himself, he tapped his chin lightly with his finger. Ever since that first shift, he felt weary to his bones. Literally. His bones ached.
Katherine~
Kathy took a moment to collect herself, breathing in slowly. She looked around carefully. Maybe we missed something? she questioned, standing up she started walking around the mud soaked clearing. "Ah..." she sounded to herself as the blonde found a bow and quiver on the ground where she believed she had woken. In someway she already felt accustomed to it... It almost felt as if it was made solely for her. Katherine decided to try shooting with the bow. Her target was the ground next to Jace, having a clear path. As she drew the bow her breath slowed, she could only focus on the area she had targeted. She drew a breath.

"oI! KITTY, YOU COULD'VE HIT ME!" Kathy blinked a couple times, she'd hit the target and not her brother.
"SHUT YOUR FACE, HYENA BOY, I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING!" she called back, giggling slightly though her heartbeat had risen drastically.

"Teh?" Tess asked, steadying herself on the wyvern's back. "Who is that? And what is this place??!"
"Didn't sky voice Aumi guy say this was Saevatain?" Ellie pointed out.
"Yes, this is Saevatain. Teh is La'Teherane's nickname, because who likes saying her name in full?" Wyvern girl smiled.
"That only answers one question, Blue." Tess said, calling the girl by her hair color.
The girl slicked her blue hair over her shoulder. "This is a land torn by war - you're going to Teh's to learn about your powers. And I'm Juinoe. You are?"
"Tessalyn Monroe. Tess for short." Tess smiled.
"... Eleanor Rowan. Ellie, please." Ellie offered.

The girl stared down at the wyvern in awe. The trance was broken momentarily by the blue haired girl speaking "I'm Katherine Victoria Sutton!" she happily offered her name, whether or not the question was directed to everyone "AND this is my brother, Jason Alexan-" Kathy felt Jason's hand clasp around her mouth, how the heck did he get behind her so fast??
"Jace is fine." Jason brashly cut his sister off and his hand left her mouth. Kathy glared at her brother momentarily. Her glare became a look of partial confusion then realization as she watched his expressions change from annoyance to concern then and back. "Oh, right, you're scared of heights." she spoke bluntly, an amused smile working it's way onto her face as Jace rolled his eyes in an attempt to hide his embarrassment.

"... So Teh is gonna teach us our powers?" Tess asked. "Because some people have it obvious. Like Hyena guy. But I don't know what mine is."

Jace glanced away as his fear was addressed "That's good I guess..." he muttered, trying to act nonchalant about the situation. He was a poor actor. "Hyena boy has a name." he growled slightly, though he wasn't opposed to the nickname. There were worse things to call a person, after all, especially one with his newfound power.

Kathy's ears almost pricked at the speak of a legend "OOO!" she gasped "A legend?! Can you tell us about it?" she pleaded, a look of excited curiosity covering any possible fear she had about the flight, which, while there, wasn't nearly as bad as the fear of whatever might've appeared if they were to stay in Saevi-whatsit.
