When you get to the hole, you see Sky comforting a dying Yawn, who’s neck was broken when he killed William.

Sky: It’s ok Yawn, It’s ok......(tears run down his face)

Maki raises both swords into a cross and closes his eyes. "I would like to say a few words before we leave..." Maki says, "I did not know Yawn very well, Sky did, but the short time we had together, Yawn had saved my life twice if not more... I owe Yawn my life but I can not fulfill that anymore..." Maki starts to lower his swords to his wrists. With one quick, clean motion, he cuts his wrists. He allows his blood to dribble onto his swords before saying, "Now, I swear, on the honor of my blades... that I will slay the rest of these monsters who have taken your life, and if I can't do that and die as well... Then I will make sure, I will take down as many as possible before I go as well... I promise... on the blood on my blades..." Maki opens his eyes, there is now a glint in them that was not there before. It seems to be... hatred, and desire for revenge... at that moment... Maki realizes how cruel the world is... and despises it...
