I checked the forum and wiki, but sadly i couldn't find any help.

It is sunny currently ( again, like multiple times since the invention of the alolan rumbl area) and if I go to the daycare this quest won't trigger (for months now!).
I am lv 60, so apparently above 20. I checked multiple times and different sunny times.
I have pokemon in the daycare, but I removed them and adopted all eggs from there and checked the daycare like this as well.
The quest won't come and by now I need help because it can't be that thw event hasn't triggered for so long and so many sunny times..

It's like Rowan's quest, it won't trigger exactly every Monday. If it's sunny (sunny not very sunny) and you go to the daycare with a empty slot (I think a full party may work, but it's usually a superstition I do here) he should tell you about it somewhere on top of the eggs. Just keep reloading, and it should be there eventually no adopting eggs needed.

People often think the PH sprites are bland. Do they shade? Well, yes they do. You'll be surprised how much care is taken for these sprites.

I don't think it'll show up if you're doing a Rowan Quest.
