When I tried to use an attack it wouldn't register, so I had to click on it again but it did it again so I just stopped battling and reset the page.

when selecting which poke to battle (kyogre): Unknown Pokémon selected.

Sounds like this issue

articuno13: you have to select one of your Pokemon first by clicking on the button above the scenario selection.
