Ugh, I was wondering when someone would order this obvious one.
I'm currently running on three hours of sleep so I did this in a hurry and used a close-enough style to something else someone made. Forgive the rush, but it looks decent I think.
And you're free to pay what you'd like so long as it's minimum or above.
(Although I really do need to fix prices in the shop soon...)

the orange/ color should be turned to a deep blue or navy blue, it should have head phones, a scarf, a kind of silver bangle in its tail (like gatomon's), and a paint brush, with a bit of mint green color at its tip, on its right hand

Sorry, I need a reference image. Just going off small detail with no exact specifics (including color to scarf and headphones) won't work. If you get an artist to make an image for you, then come find me again and I can work with it a little better.

There's details above each form explaining everything that is specific about the form.

Ice Cream Update!
Let me start off by saying sorry, I will be closed for a while everyone.
At the current moment, my moods in the waking world are dropping which gives me less enthusiasm to make sprites at all. I start to get lazy and careless with my work and I hate doing that. I think a part of it is I want to take small breaks from spriting once in a while so I'm going to do that and finish a few things I've been meaning to do (There's a lot a movies that I previously bought that need watching).
The upside however is that over the weekend (Or whenever) I will be revamping the shop. I would like to organize the "flavors" a little and I plan on adding a "Golden members" section. People under this section will be considered amazing customers and will no longer have to pay anything for sprites, AND can order up to three sprites per post. More details on that will be in the future.
For now, the shop is closed and I hope everyone can forgive me.
EDIT:
So, front post pretty much says it all. I have been laid off from my job so the shop's temporary closure will be far extended than expected.
Keep up to date with my status feeds on my profile or send me a Private Message for updates. Fingers crossed so I can get one soon and have the shop back up and running.
