Good evening/morning.

I tried to contact an administrator in MP few days ago about an user that has been suspended for no reason; this user was unfairly accused of cheating (the user used most of the time his mobile phone, maybe it is because we have a fast internet connection and he has a sensible phone?). Still don't have an answer. I wonder if no one want to answer me or if it's due to a lack of time ? I could understand if it is because everyone is busy, of course. Still it's frustrating to be unfairly called a cheater when you're not and he is missing some events because of that, so...

P.s. I write for this user because, first, he can't do it and, second, because I know him in real life. So I know he's not a cheater and it makes me sad to lost like that this chance to play this game with him.

Actually, this user can contact us themselves, by clicking 'contact' at the bottom of the page.
This link visible when you're not logged in.

As we can't confirm your possible relation with the user you say you're contacting us for, we do not talk to friends or acquaintances regarding a lock or warning, only to the user themselves. As there's a contact-form, this is perfectly possible.

Actually, the user already tried to contact someone by replying to the warning he received. I guess this was an automatic message?

Anyway, I will tell him about this option.
