According to the breeding guide, attaching everstones to the breeding Pokemon increases breeding chances. Does the breeding chance increase if a fully evolved Pokemon holds it, instead of a non fully evolved one?

they dont need to be fully evolved but if there dex numbers match theres a slight increase. also if they have different OT (Original Trainer) it increases a bit more
