As long as you have the move Hidden Power you can exit though one of the many exit points in the region, thats how i travel so fast, although it drains the pokemon who uses the move quite a bit

Rucan tried to hit emolga but emolga was faster and hit Rucan. Rucan fainted and fell to the ground,he Glowed Brightly and went back to its normal form.*Guess you were weaker than you looked like,well this is good since my other pokemons can have a battle.* "Rucan return" Rucan dissapeared into the pokeball "You did good Rucan,Lyph I choose you"
