I don't see how it's like an item trade. You're still trading pokemons but the difference is in the item they hold. Here, they're holding a bag with a certain number of items.

It neither makes the GE useless. We put up gems so a person looking for them might exchange. In here, we are doing a pre-planned trade wuth a user we have already talked about the trade.
In short, if I want 10 grass gems, I put up an offer in the GE if I'm not able to search for users having them, which is the case with almost everyone here most of the times. If you want to trade multiple boxes, how do you use the GE?

It is rather useful for some people who regularly trade items and that too in a large amount! As I said, it might be a key item (so buy only once) or a cheap item, paying whose cost seems a lot easier than tediously trading lots of pokemon, to many users here.

Uhm. I didn't get the point! Can you please try to explain it a bit more, as I have no knowledge about coding and stuff!
In September, I let Riako know about the thread, and he didn't mention anything about it being impossible! I put an image below to cite what he told me!

Hehe! A lot many users are saying that this should not be implemented. Fortunately or unfortunately, nobody has given me even one reason why it shouldn't.

@Pinkysun : There might be a reason why you're saying 'NO'. Please let me know the outcomes of this idea, if any.
