how do i open mystery boxes i do have the key but IDK how to use it

First, you need to make sure you have the boxes. Then, you click on the key, and then click "Use".

You also have to make sure that the colors of the keys match the colors of the boxes.

You don't click a key and click 'use'. We have a link at the top of the boxes page which you click to enter the page where keys and boxes are matched to let you open:
