(Quick QUestion, would y'all prefer if we just skip the sorting ceremony? or go through it all and wait for me to get the energy to do because i kinda relly depressed right now.)

Professor Mofluf smile as Mehul walked up to the sorting hat. A few moments of quiet rings out before the sorting hat shouts out Mehul's house. "Let it be Gryffindor!" The Professor clapped along with many students in the Gryffindor House. "Next up is Jason!" He called as the room settled.

Professor Mofluf placed the sorting hat on Jason's head and backed up slightly. This time around the sorting hat took a little bit of time to decide before announcing his decision. "Let it be Gryffindor!" The Professor removed the hat from Jason's hat and clapped again. "Next up is Carmen Butterworth." He called out.

Professor Mofluf politely smiled at Carmen before placing the sorting hat on her head for a moment before he responded with her house. "Ravenclaw!" Professor Mofluf removed the sorting hat from Carmen's head as he clapped for the girl. "Last but not least, Lianna Somun." Professor Mofluf called out.

Lianna had flashed Jason a thumbs up before jumping as her name was called. She took a deep breath before making her way to the stool and waited for Carmen to go to her house with a polite smile on her face.
