Hello! Sorry if this has been answered already but I'm on a phone so I can't search??

I know WHERE to find him, but he never appears? Is there something I'm missing? I've got all the other sprites.

Rainbow visits the Sprites at Tea Time. Just visit them around those times and you'll get him ;) It's best to visit a few times, to make sure you don't miss him, because he doesn't hang around forever.
Now, of course there's such a thing as Time Zones, so he visits twice a day, in the am and in the pm area ~~if that hasn't changed~~, so everyone has a chance to get him
