So how do we get minior, is it in the lab? Or was it just for those users that got it in the past? If so, do I have to buy it from them, and will one minior give me different color miniors when breeding?

People often think the PH sprites are bland. Do they shade? Well, yes they do. You'll be surprised how much care is taken for these sprites.

Minior was released as a event pokemon, so no It's not in the lab. You would have to buy them. As for the last part of the question I'm not sure.

You need the colour oyu want to start breeding the colours

For example.

Green one will breed Green coures (As rare as events) And Normal Minor's But not any other colours.

I picked up somewhere that a Colour Minior will give any possible colour? [still event-rare, though]

Kinda like how Van Bagon will also give Mr. Bagon eggs, because they were part of the same event?

Oh really? I only ever got Green eggs from my green one? I don't know but that's just from my experience. I was breeding them for abotu 2-3 months.

Well, Van Bagon/Mr. Bagon is an exception on several levels, so maybe that's another thing that sets them apart :'D
If you only ever got Green then it might be limited to the colour of the Minior, like you said.

Is that not maybe a bug then? Be cause if that's the /only/ event to do so, while others of the same natures arn't doing it, is that not a design flaw?

Riako himself has stated somewhere that it's normal for the Bagon-event to give both, though.

Only Minior is of that same nature, with several kinds being released in the same event. All other events were exclusively for that specific event.
