i did this on a really big canvas rip-
it was literally double the size of my normal size
i have homework in front of me which i have neglected since i've been working on this as soon as i've gotten home from school (for comparison: it's 8:16pm) and this maths sheet homework thing is due tomorrow and its fractions + decimals ack
anyways i kinda wanted to experiment with bright colours again because :why_not:
aaaaand i have like 5 commissions and 48302 million [citation needed] assessment tasks due soon

OKOK OK SO I'VE FOUND THIS NEW TECHNIQUE FOR SHADING AND STUFF- ITS TO ADJUST THE HUE INSTEAD OF THE WHITE TO DARK SLIDER!

without an example its kinda weird to visualize, but- my quality of art has gone up because of this??? like my picture of sol (orange bunny + japanese clouds) looks soooooo vibrant compared to my older pieces and im so frekin happy with the result,, like its the best thing i've made in my life- well, two afternoons..
the picture of the dog was only to test out blurring foreground things (butterfly + flower) and um its alright
like not as good as i wanted it to be but whatever, its pretty good compared to my past works lol
i should include the blurring thing in some of my other pictures, because it turned out surprisingly well in this one
ALSO lmao i stopped using obsessive lineart because i dont like to do lineart
i kinda envy people who can do really clean pieces tbh now since my style is so messy haha

it's been a while, but here's a drawing of teemo (again) i did during the last day of school! they let us do really anything,, nobody even comes that day so we just played cards and drew stuff for the entire day
i'm pretty happy with this but i missed important details i should've remembered, like his goggles :^)
also bad photo quality- reason i dont like posting traditional art!

ok ok this?? took like forever to do. my ability to procrastinate is to blame but regardless im really really happy with this
i think the dusk clouds could be more transparent and vibrant to fit in with the rest of the piece but i made the clouds part of the background.. :,)
