For unown, how do you get one? Is it just rarely in lab, or do you need someone to give you one and breed more?
For drifloon, it's listed as a special pokemon I think, but how do you get it?
I'm need help with the pokemon chef, if you don't feel comfortable with sharing in a spoiler tag. Then, could you just tell me if I should pay more attention to the cooking part, or daycare part?
People often think the PH sprites are bland. Do they shade? Well, yes they do. You'll be surprised how much care is taken for these sprites.

Drifloon is a random appearance [scary girl random encounter], though it's more likely to appear during Halloween.

Your best bet would be checking both
the Lab and the DayCare around dinner time, just to be on the safe
side. Dinner time usually happens between 18 pm and 19 pm
[sometimes later?], so checking regularly between those time slots
could get you Chef? Again, I'm going on very old memories,
so I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help >.< Also, keep in
mind it's still randomly decided, so he might not appear the first
time you check ^^'
