i had used 30,000 event points to activate the pass. The points are also used and the pass isn't too activated till now and is still showing Buy instead of Free.

Try loging out and loging in again or refresh or restart your computer..

I really don’t think restarting the computer will help since it seems to be a problem on PH's part and not the user's hardware.
