I have the urge to do a fighting RP involving Pokemon, involving a tournament and a fighting mastermind. I was going for something a bit whimsical, but not too goofy, but eclectic fighting styles are welcome, such as fighting with an unusual style or weapon.

-Welcome to the Melee tournament of the decade-
All fighters are welcome, so long as you follow the rules. You can use any powers to boost your attacks, but only melee attacks are allowed! Fight together in a group or by yourself in several rounds of intense combat. The team that wins will receive a great prize, and of course a chance to fight the greatest fighter of all. I'm the one running the show, and you will have to win the tournament to find out who I am.

-Things I want-
I want someone to play a lead role. I'll play the tourney holder and a friend of the lead. I want a maximum of three people before I start.
Anyone can create their own villains and play them, as well as other characters.
I want basic readers at least, but I would rather keep posts to one or two paragraphs. I'm not much on heavy reading.
No god-modding. No super-powerful attacks like punching like bullets or anything.
Also, there are other Pokemon besides Pikachu, Eevee, Charizard, Lucario, Absol, Mewtwo and such. Please show a bit of creativity.

Bio: She came from a rich town, but knew that she would have to get a job if she evolved. She entered the tournament to hopefully win enough money to never have to get a job.

Hmmm, quadrupeds might be a hard fit for a fighting RP like this. I could allow it, but... I'm not sure about the Eevee. I go into a lot of Pokemon RPs, and it feels like there are a few Pokemon people only want to play as, and the Eevee line's one of those. I know I shouldn't make it a rule, but I kind of want to see someone go a bit outside the box besides myself.

Ok, I'll work on a different character. Also, I can't really draw humans, let alone anthros, so thats why they're quadrupeds.

Fighting Style: He tries to calculate every move to make up for his lack of speed.
Special Appearance Description: This Drowzee wears glasses that give him a colder, more serious but less disturbing air.
Personality: He's kind of a silent creature, and doesn't say much, especially in a fight. He also tends to get agitated a bit when bothered. He's not a bad guy once you get to know him, though.
Bio: Not much to say about his past, but any I come up with will be RPed.
Anything Else?: Like Arch, he wears an Everstone on him. His everstone is attached to a ring he wears on his finger.

Fighting Style: Pop fights with a spiked Parasol, an odd choice of weapon considering swords and hammers are allowed.
Special Appearance Description: This Dragonite wears a top hat and a red bow tie to go with his umbrella.
Personality: He's a ham. He likes to talk fancily and egotistically, but in fact he just has an incredibly playful personality along with his friend Punch.
Bio: Not much to say about his past, but any I come up with will be RPed.
Anything Else?: Pop and Punch have a relationship together. ...unless that's awkward. Both being gay, their options for soul mates are limitless. especially since Pop and Punch would otherwise not be compatible.

Fighting Style: Mixed martial arts, but his favorite style is Muay Thai Kickboxing.
Special Appearance Description: He wears a red shirt and has spikes of hair jutting out of his forehead.
Personality: Even more of a ham than pop. He's constantly taunting the opponent and praising himself in battle. He's not truly this narcissistic, though, and usually does this to rattle chains with the opponent. Deep down, he looks up to Pop for protection most of the time.
Bio: Not much to say about his past, but any I come up with will be RPed.
Anything Else?: Not much that hasn't already been stated in Pop's Anything Else.
