Well, someone had magical message sending. Cole received it and it
seems like everyone else did too. It was hard to tell who sent it,
but Cole's instincts were saying it was that girl next to the door.
He decided to just follow Mason.
"So what I dropped the gun, tell me, I've heard rumors that a
teacher died, do you suspect I killed them?" Will asks, his hand
reaching for one of his guns. He feels a jolt of pain as his
shoulder joint moves with his hand.
"Suspect? Kind of if you're planning to fight me right now in the
hallway," Lillian said with a smug smirk, knowing that he was
reaching for his gun. "Of course, it's really reckless for a
student to use them against another. We can settle this without
weapons especially because I don't
have one on me right now," she pointed out.
"I don't know if you've heard, but I don't really care if it's
reckless, because as long as I hit my mark before they hit theirs,
I'm perfectly fine" wills hand starts to shake from the pain as he
curls his hand around the handle.
"That's not a romance book. And there was someone in the corner. I
saw them, they had a knife. Someone's going to get killed if we
don't move." Sanaki said in a hushed tone.
Drew awkwardly stood next to Paisley, a confused expression on her
face.
"Man, kids these days don't think twice," Lillian mumbled before
turning over to try to kick him in his stomach and run away but
only managed to put in half of the power into her kick because of
how she turned over so quickly. Pushing him off, she blasted away
and tried to reach the library.
Sanaki noticed Lillian running, and then saw the Superintendent
walking closer, then yanked Lillian and Will into the small closet
space she was in previously.
Will coughs out some blood, and crumples, his gun falling out of
his hand. He blacks out for a few seconds after coughing out a
little more blood. would sure be nice if I could eat something,
maybe a giant sandwich, or a pig roast, or maybe even pizza
After being pulled in by Sanaki, Lillian's eyes started tearing up.
"Dude, I love you!" she exclaimed, hugging Sanaki tightly until she
realized Will was still in the room, glaring at him.
Sanaki nodded solemnly before quietly shutting the door. The
superintendant heard. "Everyone, hide!" Sanaki said in a harsh
whisper before ducking under a table, as Drew climbed on top of a
shelf.
Amara looked from Lillian to Will, then back again. She wanted to
ask what was going on but decided to keep shut. She then hid after
Sanaki yelled hide.
Cole's entire being was bubbling. When he was in panic, he could
literally feel like his blood was water from a hot bathtub. And
thats exactly what he needed, though his brain was exclaiming many
ideas at once. I need water. Run. Find. Run. Water. Drown.
He just runned around the league, since he lost track of everyone
else. He needed atleast a large body of water, or to get out of
there.
Will moves to a sitting position against a wall, and quietly draws
his other pistol, pointing it at the roof, and pulls the trigger,
hearing the sound of plaster cracking. I really don't care about
this mysterious person, I just want to get some food, and something
to replenish my salt and water conten
Mason laid motionless on the closet floor, not due to an injury but
rather because he was extremely dumbfounded and confusion filled
his brain. When Sanaki ordered everyone to hide, he panicked
slightly and hid behind a cart littered with trash and near-empty
bottles of cleaning supplies among paper towels and gloves.
Paisley got up quickly as the superintendent approached and
levitated, holding her position spread across the top of the
ceiling hoping the superintendent wouldn't consider looking up for
people.
"Should I send an Astral Projection as a decoy?" Mason whispered to
Sanaki under the table.
Will pays careful attention to where everyone hid, keeping it in
mind in case he was questioned, and slowly stands up, pointing his
gun now at the door, waiting for something to happen. He hears
footsteps, but keeps aiming at the door.
