She didn't have fear of being found. Her green feathers should blend right into her grassy surroundings.
She swept her way through the forest, her consciousness briefly flitting from one life form to another.
A bright blaze of power surged from multiple beings.
The Articuno forced her consciousness to stop, turning back towards the group.
They were close by, possibly less than ten yards away.
Solee sucked in a deep breath.
It couldn't be...
She probed each member, stopping on one specifically.
Power of all kinds blazed from her.
A canine.
A Poochyena.
She knew this life form!
There was no mistaking that bright light that her apprentice had once given off.
"Lunaro!" Solee gasped, jerking her eyes up.
The bird bolted upright, but unceremoniously dropped herself to the dirt with a squawk.
She slowly picked herself up, flapping her wings to rid them of any dirt.
"Graceful as a violent Swanna..." She grumbled, mentally hitting herself.

Lunaro's ear twitched as something made a noise.
The lupine's fur instantly lifted, and her head swiveled in its direction.
"Be on guard. Something large is nearby." She growled.
Her mind flitted back to a memory of a large Tyranitar, his scales blazing and burning.
Fire being breathed out of his mouth.
Gouging into any enemies who defied him.
Tearing his way through the dens her group had built as safe havens-
The Poochyena shook her head vigorously, pushing away the thoughts.
She hesitated for a second, looking towards where she heard the noise, then sighed.
"Alright, quickly." She murmured.
She gently placed a paw on Flareheart's foot, closing her eyes.
She probed into his mind, searching for something.
She smirked when she found the lock that would hold his powers, then poured her own power into it.
A click sounded inside both of their minds.
"Perfect." She smirked. "Now, let me see..."
Lunaro's eyes slowly slid open after a few heartbeats.
"You've got the potential for quite a few types. Psychic, Grass, Steel, Dragon, Rock... Hmm... I suppose it's your choice here. Whatever you want to do. You don't have to try for these types, y'know, but those are the ones that seem to radiate a lot of hidden potential for you."
She yawned, revealing rows of sharp teeth.
"Man, am I tired... Gonna have to call it a night sooner or later." She shook her head as she finished yawning.
She gently pressed her other front paw onto Flareheart's foot, closing her eyes.
She poured a little of her energy into him, feeling and hearing another familiar click.
"You should be set. Just focus on that energy. Concentrate on pulling it out."

Solee picked herself up, shaking out her forest green feathers.
'If that group of Pokemon indicated they are Chrystanigh...' She trailed away, taking to the air.
(Sorry, I've been a little busy.)
Piper woke up from her nap and climbed down from her tree. She strechted out and looked in the sky. 'Dang, it's night already. I shouldn't have taken a nap that late.' She started waking along the forest floor and an ekans sprang out at her. She quickly transformed into her steel type form and steel armor covered only her arm. She lifted up her arm when he tried to bite and he bit down on the steel. There was a cracking sound and the ekans fell to the ground as her armor finished covering her. "You shouldn't have picked a fight with a master like me," she said smugly and laughed. She left her armor on and climbed up into a tree and hoped from the branches.
She had hoped through the branches and she suddenly felt movement. She looked around but didn't see much. It was too dark and all she saw was the tree leaves. she kept going and bumped into what she though was leaves. She backed up hardly phased since she was in her steel form and amused it was a normal grass type that looked like the leaves. "Sorry, I can't see too well....." she trailed off when she saw what looked like an articuno who became a grass type. She tilted her head and looked up at her. 'Kind of like when mom used to transform, I've never seen anyone else do it though. Well maybe since she is legendary she has learned how.'
Bracken stretched his wings anxiously, nervous energy building up within him. So there was something big out in the forest? That wasn't strange, not on its own, but yet Lunaro had mentioned an Articuno. Could that be who it was?
He scanned the treetops around them. There didn't seem to be any close movement. Apparently, Damian's dragon flare hadn't been enough to attract its attention. His brow furrowed. Had it been seen at all? Or maybe some Pokemon other than the Articuno had seen it, and was taking its time, examining them, and waiting for the right moment to strike...
A breeze stirred the branches above him and the Treecko jumped. He fought to calm himself. That was silly. They were Chrystanigh; they'd be able to take on a Pokemon like that if it came down to it, right? Lunaro knew all the types and there was certainly a strength in their number.
But it couldn't hurt to at least look, could it? Bracken glanced around the clearing. Everyone was busy doing something or other. Lunaro was training Blazeheart, Uriel was watching with an almost absent interest, Crystal was still asleep... it didn't seem like anybody was paying attention to him. Silently, he shifted back into his Grass form for camouflage and backed slowly into the tall grass behind him. Then, with an almost soundless leap, he jumped onto the trunk of a tree and started climbing, going from branch to branch, determined to figure out just what was lurking in the forest.
