It's x2 day and I decided to get some exp on my 30k Eggs. At ~20k I put them back to the egg storage.
My egg was on the index page...and still gaining exp...'till it hatched and broke my chain >:D

It appears to be a known 'Bug' as eggs on the index page always gain exp - being not prevented from any kind of interactions as it's stated in the describtion from the eggstorage...
Okay, not always. If you put them in the eggstorage in a very short period of time as they land on the indexpage then one may be lucky and your eggs wont hatch.
Pretty annoying in my humble opinion if you are on a hunt for over 1 month (or maybe even longer) but it seems no one really cares. No one cares as in 'it may be a bug but it's not that we are gonna fix it or mention it anywhere anytime soon. Updates are more interesting for all users and what are the low amount of paying users on a shiny hunt anyways?' Weird but yeah... WHATEVER... >:D

The index-page only refreshes when the egg hatches, if your egg is on the index-page, before you put it in storage, the system isn't going to recognize that
