This site just has so much more to do than Pokefarm and the fishing mini game is actually rewarding. i like this site a lot tbh

i disagree. Poke-Farm (which i'm on) has SEVERAL official Discord channels, Niet (head mod) is always adding new events, newest being Type Race, and they also have fishing there.
it was a pretty recent addition. Not only that, it's MUCH easier to click people there (provided they have S&S fields). finding a list of such fields isn't too hard.

I agree, pokefarm almost never updated. When they do it's just minor issues. Literally you can't shiny hunt on pokefarm, they never give you the real chance. Plus what's the point of hatching 40 in a row, when your chance barely increases since you're not premium?

I like poke heroes much better, it's a small enjoyable community. Many features, plus its more similar to the pokemon games (some tweaks). A thing that I enjoy is people can't troll you in the GTS, such as I have a scyther with a metal coat give me the same thing! Nobody ever does that, but here nobody can troll you.

Another thing I really like that poke heroes has a sense of completion since in pokefarm you could reset your pokedex and everything would be ruined.

People often think the PH sprites are bland. Do they shade? Well, yes they do. You'll be surprised how much care is taken for these sprites.

Okay, please don't bash me on this one, buuut..

I prefer PokeFarm Q by just a slight bit. Pokefarm constantly is pushing out updates, much like Pokeheroes in a way. In fact, they have just added the Contest Hall recently! In addition, I must disagree about hunting; it's incredibly easy to do once you get the funds to do so, in which if you trade over some PH currency for PFQ currency, it should be done in a hop, skip, and a jump.

Even then, a good portion of the Pokefarm community is fantastic, and there's just so much more to do than to hatch eggs and call it a day. So, in the end, Pokefarm just appeals to me a bit more with its content.

(Also @Mrinja: There is a good reason why it isn't like the main series games, as you could be very narrowly avoiding a cease-and-desist order on some other sites, perhaps like PRO. It still has that Pokemon charm to it, but it's not shoving it down your throat, per se.)

I get what you're saying Primaesthetics,
The community is fantastic on Pokefarm Q, except for a select few. I mean everyone on this one thread got blocked because it wasn't rated "G" appropriate. It was just nice to see that PH were reasonable with the fact, that most kids don't play these website games. In fact it's easy to say that most of them are more violent than adults. If you've seen kindergarteners you'll know why DX.

I must say that here I'm kind of torn. On one hand, Pokefarm does feel like it's constantly getting new content and there are several features that PH lacks. And the PFQ mods can be literal freaking triggered and toxic 12 year olds at times.

I'm gonna cut this short before this gets out of hand, to be on the save side.

If you want to compare PH and PFQ to each other, that's fine. We don't expect everyone to think PH is the best game around and as long as you have fun, we're happy for you.

However, please don't think you can use this opportunity to badmouth others, whether it be a specific person or an entire group. We all have positive and negative experiences - heresay is not a valid reason to denounce a group or a game. Any such references have been edited out.

I liked both sites...one for the community which is PH and one for the features...PFQ...but the community of PFQ made me very distant and felt unwanted sadly. 3: PH has been my home for 3, soon to be 4 years. I feel loved here and most of my old friends are playing this browser game. ♥

I actually like this site better than pokefarm because it's a lot easier to manage things on here than it is on Pokefarm and I played pokefarm for a little bit but now I feel this is a better option.

I prefer this site merely because I'm very particular about how I click. I play these sites in large part due to it's ability to distract me with just mindless clicking. So for me the way clicks work has to be very streamline with little interruption or it annoys me. PFQ is not very streamline, I mean it's better than some, don't get me wrong. However it's not an endless flow lots of loading, and having to move my cursor up and down and it just gets irritating.

I never got into PFQ because you literally have to pay to be basically do anything tbh. I was a hardcore PF1 fan, but after it shut down and I found out about PokéHeroes it was honestly time to go for me. Yes, being Premium does give you more perks and increases a lot of your abilities, but I feel like PF is just too “if you want this you have to pay” [I remember literally seeing a thread titled “What would you pay for?”] At the time, only being 14, I couldn’t pay for everything and I feel like with PH it’s more easy to earn these things by Interacting, Rumbling and Leveling Up. But then again I’ve probably spent about....... no time at all trying to figure PF out.

I do have the say the first thing I noticed about PH compared to PF is how the staff was so much friendlier and reasonable and how it wasn’t fueled by greed but simply someone (being Riako) trying to make a good time for everyone involved.

I like how to earn Legends there’s more ways than just collecting Summon Items and you have to try your luck at most of them [Bird Trio in the Lab, Celebi at the Honey Tree, Lati@s & Keldeo from the Tall Grass] and makes it challenging.

I admit I would like to see more Events and all, but in the end PH will always always always always always be in favor over PF for me.

all in the end,I prefer pokeheroes
I play pokefarm as well (and still play it) but pokeheroes actually has a nice little community (yes, there is that drama but) Pokefarm is literally a site where you actually have to pay for certain things and kids play on there. Its not very fair for them since parents are busy paying for food, rent,ETC but pokeheroes is much easier with features
Examples
Game Center. Here, you can get prizes and such.Treasure chests actually can contain awesome stuff!Plus hangman, cards, and more!Anyway,Nuggets are the only way to get premium and stuff right?Well you can use treasure chests if you don't have matches for your boxes or keys. There is a chance for good stuff all in the end heck, you can get a mega stone.
Emera square.A great little town where we all go for events and such and speaking of events....
Events are slow and steady on here but hey,it's pretty fun since event obtained pokemon actually have the red pokeball instead of a regular pokeball!Plus,The designs and looks of them!
I might write more later on since it's real late here and I am really tired....

Personally, I prefer PokeFarm

-Type Race, Mass Click Weekends, Weekly Tournaments
-Pokerus (15 minutes of help to all Pokemon and eggs instead of 5 minutes for 1 Random Poke/Egg in Party)
-CONSTANT updates to improve gameplay
-Extremely easy to gain Credits and GP
-Permanent Dex Entries
-Gem Badge upgrades that allow for faster hatching
-Various Bonus Counters to reward Activity, V-Wave, Pokemon of the Day
-As many eggs in Daycare as you could possibly want
-The Staff are much more hands-on (I appreciate the fact that they let you know a report has been read, and that they will look into it)
-Random luck accounts for some surprises, but mostly, you have to work for everything you get, meaning at less than a day old with very little put in, you won't get a Shiny or Legend
-NOT pay to win at all. Most games are PLAY to win. The more time you put in, the more you get out of it. It's just like a job or school. The more you give, the better the rewards.
-There are MANY ways to earn in game currency, even if you only have an hour to play a day. Just got to do a bit of research and find something you want to do. (For example, 50 Free GP just for putting a pic in the Contest, or 100 GP for 5 Day Login) You can earn over 1M a week with very little effort

On PokeHeroes, I'd say the only things that are better would be
-Berry Garden
-Much better chance of Shiny at the Beach
-Bug Contest, Safari Zone
-Scour Missions
-Giratina and Hoopa Quests (annoying, but fun)
-Less expensive for Summon Items

Title: A little Commentary

Hello! I may be late to this party! But as I was looking up for different evolution codes on Pokefarm Q, I came across this forum discussion. To which I was immediately hooked, I read a few posts in little chunks (to avoid me having to read paragraphs upon paragraphs of discussion. And, I'm glad I found this! :D

While I am not engaged in the Pokefarm mods directly, and I am just a normal member (as honey biscuit) that.. can't exactly afford all their premium things. Like Zophan Canisters. And when I am a hardcore shiny Eevee hunter, that is trying their very best to hatch repeatedly to get something. It's very disappointing to know that I have to spend real money just to get any chance. There are some good things, like the Albino radar being bought in Interaction Points (basically warming eggs or feeding pokemon), but even then you have to spend a long time. It costs 750,000 interaction points. Especially when you take into account that when you feed pokemon via fields, (if you play the game, you should know) it takes forever. 40 pokemon per page, then you have to move your cursor, then pick the fruit. Repeat. It can be very inefficient when you're trying to quickly click.

Some other issues have with the game is just the slow process of everything. Slow, slow slow. It's not the site itself, it's not lag. It's the fact that everything takes so long. Basically if you're not a mod listed on the top-right of the page, and is an immediate go-to when people need to do a mass-click. It's going to take a very long time before you level up your badges. Some it's taken years, I don't think it should take a year to level up some badge that just makes your percentage go up slightly So everything in Pokefarm is very.. unlevel? That's the best I can put it. I can't say it isn't fair. It's complicated. Of course there is a lot of good things to be said about it, but that's not why I'm here.

Now! Because I read the conversation above, I went ahead and joined this site.. today [12/31/18] as a matter of fact... while I am new and can't say a lot, as I haven't even gotten past level 6, or done really anything, I can say this is certainly refreshing for someone like me. Honestly, the whole reason I stay in Pokefarm is because i can just mindlessly click for hours, listening to Youtube videos, then hatch eggs. But the problem is that it wasn't mindless, described above that you have to go to another page. While it is different here, I absolutely LOVE that you can just click. click. click. for a long time, without ever needing to change to a different page. I also love different traits, like things that aren't in Pokefarm, and also things that are in there, but are made a lot more fun!

I still am a newbie, and I still have a lot to learn on this site, but I am definitely considering a transfer here, considering the pros and cons. I really like it here and is willing to explore more. (Y)

Title: Re: A little Commentary

It is quite different, but it does share traits with this site on some levels. It being a Pokemon site, and all. It is worth checking out, just to experiment to see what site sticks with your personal tastes. It's all based on opinion.

There's certainly activities, regarding actual Pokemon. Right now there's a tournament, and this month there'll be a type race. Along with mass-click weekend, to activate bonuses. Along with a Christmas event right now. There's even more, new stuff is happening every week. There is a lot to do regarding Pokemon related activities.

Though, there may be a lot to do here too, i still haven't explored all of the functions here yet.

I just started here, but my problem with PFQ was the interface (this was quite a long time ago, maybe it changed?). But the coding and design here just seems to be so user friendly and clean!

i also just started here, but i already love it much more. the box system is much friendlier (as is mass clicking in general), and i don't feel like i'm being forced to pay (even though i did to support the community). the only things i could say are that i love how pokefarm has events (pokerus and filling the bars on the side come to mind), and the pokewalker, but other than that this game is my favorite.

(although if ph added pokerus (and to a lesser extent the pokewalker) that'd be incredible)
