Hey guys I am petty new to this whole scene, but the tutorial did not cover all too much about the battle scene.
What is it like? Is it competitive or very casual? Do pokemon have IVs or some inert type of EVs in this game? Should my pokemon be a certain level? Is it even worth it?
If you guys have any answers you may believe are useful, I would greatly appreciate it!

nope EVs are a thing but they're kinda random? Natures are sought after tho

Personally, I wouldn't do it. From my experience, it is very laggy (at least for me it is), and it all comes down to the pkmn your opponent has. If you don't have megas and they do, you're practically toast. But if you want to, go for it!
