"Angels, demons, and humans usually don't mix well..."

· · · · ·

This is called "Galaxy is stuck with A Whole New Realm of Possibility so she's going to make something to distract herself from her failure".
Random idea I came up with. This will be fantasy, and will most likely have romance, humor, who knows what else. Most of this will be completely created as I go, with almost no forethought, but I'll probably have a few things planned.
Feel free to post predictions, constructive criticism, headcanons, anything you want here, I really don't care.
Without further ado, I'll begin my story. Hope you enjoy!

Part One: Rain

· · · · ·

The rain comes down in consistent sheets, like tiny drops of moonlight falling from the silver orb in the sky above. The dark sky weeps, like an infected wound, torn apart again.
I briefly entertain the possibility that the myth about the sky being ripped apart is true, that rain really is the dust of long-dead stars filtering through the atmosphere into the clouds and blessing the world with it's gift of life. I shove the thought away, opening my umbrella and stepping out into the downpour, my designer clothes and styled hair sheltered from the unforgiving bullets of water.
The city street is quiet, thankfully, I'd hate to be bothered by pesky fans right now. The roads and sidewalks shine in the soft light of the beautifully sculpted street lamps, their yellowed glow like a touch of the sun in the shadows. My heals click again the soaked asphalt, my toes getting chilled from stepping in puddles, but I continue on. Might as well get home. Who knows when the rain will stop?
I arrive at my cute townhouse, nestled among the other fancy houses of the Talented on the wide lane. While it's a townhouse, it's certainly anything but small. In fact, I have three roommates with space to spare.
"Glitz!" The razor-sharp voice calls from the down the hall as I shake out my umbrella in the foyer. Speak of the devil... "I'm busy, Arca!" I call back, slipping off my pink coat, completely free of rain, and hanging it up on the rack by the door.
"Liar!" She calls back. "Get your designer butt over here!"
I roll my eyes. "I can't, I got stuff to do!" Before I can hear her reply, I slip off my heels and head up the stairs. The second floor is the kitchen and the living room, and my two other roomies are sitting on the couch. Elix has a mug of coffee in her hands, and her legs are curled up into her body, her mossy green eyes fixed on the TV. The cup is halfway to her face, but it hovers at chest level, as if forgotten. Rezia has her feet up on the coffee table, her bare legs exposed by her short pajama pants and her toes hidden by her fluffy red slippers. She's staring at the screen with an almost borderline bored expression on her face.
"Watching a horror movie?" I ask, and Rezia replies with a "Shhh!"
I grab a sparkling water from the fridge, and head up another flight of stairs. This floor contains Elix and my own rooms. I turn right and open the door to my safe haven. The walls are a beautiful pale pink, the curtains are white lace, my bed frame is slender, masterfully carved white wood and takes up a third or so of the room, right smack in the middle. Off to the side there's a matching desk of the same wood, and the other side holds my closet. I sigh, letting my feet sink into the soft, seashell-pink shag carpet for a moment. Then, I plop in my desk chair and reach for my computer. That's when I realize.
"This isn't my computer..." I say to myself, then call downstairs. "Is this one of your guy's computer?"
"I don't know what you're talk about!" Rezia calls back, and I frown. They never come into my room anyways, not without permission, we all agreed on that some time ago. Not even Arca would slip into here, and besides, her computer is completely black and probably her most valued item. This computer is silver, except for these faint silver-blue designs swirled over it, tendrils reaching out towards each other, but frozen before they could ever touch.
I stare at it a moment, before opening it and pressing the power button. The screen flares to life, turning completely white, except for four black letters.
"I know your secret"
My blood turns to ice, my stomach fills with dread. I slam the screen closed, I pick up the computer, and I shove it in the narrow space under my bed.
No one can know a Talented's secret.

Ahaha, you see, I was writing this at night, but I fell asleep, and I had to finish it this morning. Hope you all like it!
