I absolutely love gardening/farming minigames! I have noticed one particular issue that irks me and probably irks a few others too.

The Watering Can seems to be quite finicky when attempting to water the seeds. For me, it's a 50/50 chance whether or not it actually waters the seed. My general suggestion is I wanna be able to do it fast, just like how I am able to plant the seeds quickly without issue.

As for the issue, I can attempt to explain it. I don't know anything about coding so forgive me for the lack of understanding but I will do my best. When you plant a seed, you use the normal cursor, and when the seed is planted and you hover over it, your cursor becomes a "Link Select" cursor over the clickable border. Here's the start of the problem: for some reason, that clickable border and using the watering can seem to really cause an issue. If you were to click-and-drag your "Link Select" cursor even a micrometer, it becomes a normal cursor, and the watering can no longer functions when you end your mouse-click (even if you do not go outside the clickable border). I like to click fast to water my seeds, so this can lead to tiny, accidental click & drags of the cursor. Having to stop and click on a seed 2-4 times to get the watering can to function correctly can get kinda irritating...

What I would truly like to see is the ability to click & drag along the screen in order to plant seeds and water seeds! This would add more fun to the mini-game and make things much more simple and fast for the players. Again, not understanding coding, this may require a lot of work and I just don't know. So at the end of the day, I believe that fixing the watering can would make the Berrygarden more fun. There's already a lot to do with it, but with a major part of the Berrygarden being so hard to get working, it can really kill the mini-game.

I'm kind of neutral on this. What about mobile players?

Good point- being able to do both click & drag and tapping would be optimal. When I'm using the watering can at this point I just use my touchable monitor- but not everyone has one! xD

Just out of curiousity, which Garden Level do you have?
Because you trade in the Squirtle Pail for the Wailmer Pail, which waters the entire lot, rather than seed-by-seed ^^'

As for planting; click-and-drag might cause seeds to be planted where you were planning on planting something else. Instead of the 2 seeds you wanted, you have the one seed you dragged too far...

So in that regard, I don't support.

I'm level 7 right now. I don't mean to sound rude at all, I hope you understand what I'm saying here, but the Squirtle Pail doesn't function half the time. I appreciate the knowledge of the Wailmer Pail but the Squirtle one needs fixing on the 50/50 watering chance regardless- wouldn't you be annoyed too?

Thanks for that consideration as well- the seed dragging one. :3 Much appreciated! Click & drag shouldn't be added then, I agree. So what about the Squirtle Pail's issue?

There's also the "zoom" function, so you can have a "larger click-area" compared to the default view. Have you utilized it?

Yup, zooming in seems to be even worse for me, or have no difference. :o I seem to have better luck keeping it zoomed out.. x'D

Of course that 50/50 chance should be fixed, so it works the way it should, but that sounds more like a bug-report than suggestion ;)
