You have to click on "Details" next to the gift-box and then click on "Claim".

Well apparently you (and perhaps other users) didn't find the "Claim" option right away. So it's not intuitive. Adding a "claim"-button directly to the overview page might improve this issue.
I don't really know what you mean by that :o

that might be also the answer for the other :0
and yeah, that should be a good thing to have, especially if someone's rushing to get it
for example; getting gems for pokemon in a x3 or x2 day :00

So on the overview it looks like this [for example] -

No pokémon │ 231 Aguav Berries
Honestly, the extra page to claim [that doesn't really add any new details] feels a bit redundant to me :'D

basically my point :v
if you're going to add a new page; maybe make the overview like, cut out when there're too many items? or if it is already like that, it's still a bit confusing :")
