You arrive at Tatsumi Port Island, as a transfer student moving to Iwatodai Dormitory, but you arrive late, and there are coffins on the streets, blood, electronics dont work, the sky is dark green and the moon is bright yellow. A mysterious boy, calling himself Pharos, introduces himself to you and gives you a book that says "RULES"
