and she was going off the assumption that Shyla is dumb enough to think she still has 20 HP
there's actually a theory that HP stands for Hope :'D

Pyra summoned nice Pyra's shield, but more powerful, and blocked all of Shyla's attacks. "You know, your friend wasn't as useless as I thought she was."

The knife instead hit the ACT button, which then blocked off the MERCY button
