Ria and Asriel glances at each other before getting up and slowly heading towards the voice. Ria's teeth are bared, her body low to the ground, expecting an attack from the monster that hurt the girl.

A hulking black shadow stood infront of the girl cowering in fear on the floor. It looked up, the thing's red eyes glowing.

The shadow screeches in pain before dissapating into black dust, the girl left shivering meekly on the floor, blood trickling form a wound on her leg.

Lucy sprints into the cavern, in the opposite direction.

"Grimakos! Where are you?" She yells, worried. Was this it's doing? .....No. Plegian magic isn't shadow based.

"Ah, Lucina! What can I help with?"


Lucina takes a deep breath.

"Like the royals of Valla, Nohr and Hoshido, who are fused with dragons, I wish for that on myself."

"Cool." Asriel replies, his eyes glinting their own dark red as he taps her. His touch starts off a chain reaction, every single nerve in the girl's body sending pain signals suddenly so it feels like she's being stabbed everywhere with little, invisible needles.

Lucina did as she was told, letting Grimakos touch her forehead. A pulse went through her, new energy. It felt dark and strong, proud. As Grimakos disappeared, a mark appeared on Lucy's shoulder, which looked like a series of eyes.

"Don't thank me yet." Asriel says, a slight, evil smile on him face. His fingertips glow gold and suddenly her skin rips open on the side of her face, making a long gash from the side of her forehead to her chin.
