Meteorites were spotted falling from the sky the landed in the ocean a week later giant 3 legged(Or tentacled) Squids were destroying the world crushing towns killing many humans and pokemon
You (And your friends) Were hiding with brock the gym leader inside a half destroyed skyscraper He gave each of you an egg "Take care of them i have to get back to the other gym leaders!" He then ran away avoiding the doom squid

Tom was searching in an abandoned store most of the stuff in it was gone and a door to the storage was locked he took a cash register and smashed it to the lock of the storage room He was trying to be quiet so the doom-squid wouldn't find him.
