Alex turned their head to look at the person standing before them. They were surprised and it was certainly obvious Someone actually approached me? they thought disbelievingly. They considered exiting the cafeteria, but they didn't want to appear rude.. They also considered removing their hearing aids. It's not like they know... they'll just keep talking, and talking.. and I won't hear a thing.. no, no, bad Alex! This was the first person that had ever approached them in a long time. Having someone close to me won't be that bad.. mom would be proud. But why did this have to happen to me? but suddenly they realized Could this be my soulmate? This weird feeling is still there.. and it seems to be getting stronger.. "Hello." they replied, their voice monotone. Why does my voice do that? Every single time. It always confuses people.. "Is there something wrong? Do you need anything?" despite the internal panicking, they looked frighteningly calm. Am I giving off the wrong impression? I honestly don't know what I'm supposed to be doing anymore.. "Sorry.. I'm just a little surprised, no one really ever comes up to strike conversation.. so I'm a little shocked, confused.. and curious." they muttered. Did they even here that... I'm off to such a bad start..

I'm so sorry, i'm absolutely terrified right now so i'm probably annoying you." She wast starting to hyperventilate, why was she so bad at life? She tried to calm down, but she was at the point of suffocating in her own thoughts. "I-I'm so sor-" She began, but cut herself off as the background chatter seemed to echo and she suddenly became dizzy. Grey started stumbling for a bit before everything became black. Nice first impression, Grey.

Rose smiled. "I do like it here so far, and I am glad I wont have to wait long for the food. Thank you for ordering it for me. What about you" she asked. "Do you like it here?" Her blonde hair was behind her shoulders for the most part, but a little bit was in her face.

Yuki was walking in the cafe and grabbed some food knowing what it was from the touch as she was thinking to herself. "Hmm I wonder if anyone would help someone like me but It would not be surprising if no one does.

Mirai- She was in the cafeteria to get food. She went over to grab something and saw another girl. "Hi. I'm Mirai. Do you recommend any of this food? I haven't eaten here ever so I don't know what tastes good."

Yuki had heard a voice and faced in the direction of the voice coming from. She had smiled and replied. "Uhm. Sadly I have not. This be my first time. Also for the fact that I can not really completely tell what they have without me touching the items since....well uhm....Nevermind." Yuki had blushed up and just walked slowly to where the cash register would be as she made sure she would not walk into anything.

"Attractive? Popular? I'm not any of that, haha!" Alex laughed, treating it as some sort of joke instead of a compliment. Seconds after the reply they noticed Grey beginning to panic What do I do? they thought, feeling a little helpless. They heard her trying to apologize before she fainted. Alex reached forward but didn't react fast enough, all they could do is watch Grey hit the ground. And they did.

Alex stood there aghast, what had they just witnessed? They got out of their seat, crouching down onto the ground. Hmm.. they walked off, a minute later they came back, holding a bottle of water. They opened the water bottle and dumped it on Grey. Probably not the best thing to do, but they hoped the water would perk them right up. "Sorry." they said quietly, crushing up the now empty water bottle.

Her head was throbbing with pain and...why was her face wet? Her limbs were heavy as she stirred, wondering how did she end up in a situation like this. As soon as she started thinking about it, thee memories flooded back to her. She had attempted to talk to her soulmate only to probably hyperventilate and faint. When she finally regained all of her senses, she simply looked her soulmate dead in the eyes and said, "I'm Grey Santos and this'll be a story to tell the kids-" At this point she has gone through all stages of grief in the span of five seconds and merely accepted her fate.

Sam walks into his apartment and his dog, calypso immediately greets him. Sam sits down and greets his dog. He turns on the tv and sees that the news is on. He was going to change the channel when his phone rang. It was the company he worked for. They wanted him to work extra. He said yes and hung up.
