Lise foet a buzz in her pocket and pulled out the mirror. She tapped it twice and Troye's face appeared. He was smiling, but he had a new cut on his face and she saw his right hand was in a cast as he waved.

Troye was grinning. "Hello darlings." He said. "What happened to you?" Lise asked. Troye sighed. "They were going to hurt my grandfather, and I broke my hand in the process of saving him." Troye said pointing to his hand.

Troye shook his head. "It does not seem so now." He said. He looked behind him before turning back to them. "I do not think I will be able to call you as much as time carries on, so I hope you do not mind if I take advantage of it now." He said with a half smile.

"Yeah! We're gonna.... hey, what's that.... Wait. Try standing on the mirror, Troye." Lucy said. She had an idea. If the mirror can help us see... and there's a button, if he stands on it and I press the button, maybe he'll teleport!

Troye looked skeptical. "Alright then..." He said. He put it down on the floor and stepped on it. Nothing seemed to happen. He took his foot off it and looked down. "Was that supposed to do something?" He asked.

Troye was standing in front of Lise for a moment. She reached for him but he was gone again. Lise grabbed the mirror and saw Troye slam into the wall. She heard the door open and Troye say, "No! Please--" before the mirror cut off. She looked at Lucy, scared.

"I-I tried." Lucy said, bawling. She looked at the mirror, put her and Lise's hands on it, and pressed the button.

Lise and Lucy were teleported into Troye's cell. He was on the ground, unconscious while guards dragged him away. The mirror was broken and there were shards everywhere. A guard saw them and pressed a button on a keypad on the wall and they were back in the kitchen. Lise put her head in her hands and tears ran down her cheeks.

Lise managed to calm down and wipe the tears off her face. "It'll be okay. Troye is a strong person..." She said, trying to believe her own words.
