Lise gasped as Troye grinned. He scratched it behind its ears and sighed. But he immediately perked up. "Hey... I think I had a dog once...but...." He started. Lise, panicked, grabbed the journal out of his hand and hit his head with it, hard. He immediately crumpled to the floor and Lise sighed. "I'm sorry Troye. But it's my job..." She mumbled.

Lise gently dragged Troye over to the wall and leaned him against it. She put his backpack next to him and his journal on his lap. She sighed as she stood back up and looked at Lucy sadly. "I guess I should get to explaining, huh?" Lise asked.

Lise sighed and looked won at Troye sadly. "You see, Troye's house one day was...swarmed by mads. And... they killed his entire family. He... he managed to get out, and he went to his grandfathers house. Troye... it broke him... He almost went insane. So... his grandfather erased his memory of his family. Instead, he thinks he lived with his grandfather learning magic. His grandfather asked me to keep him from remembering everything. Troye used to be different. He wasn't as much of a flirt. He used to be a big brother to some, a superstart to ither, or just a really hot guy. But that all changed as he lost his memory of his sister, his friends, exes, whatever. A lot of his personality changed." Lise said, tears falling from her eyes. Oh Troye... "There's... one more thing..." she said quietly.

"I don't think so... And his grandfather and I think his family was targeted... because they were rich and influential... he really was like a prince. But now..." Lise said, shaking, the tears flowing faster. "I just try to make sure he doesn't remember anything. I... don't want to lose him. I don't want him to break. Maybe one day he can take it all and go back to normal, but right now he would just..." Lise couldn't finish her sentence.

Lise shook her head. "Troye is strong as heck, but I don't think anyone could stand seeing their entire family and everyone they grew up with be brutally murdered. All the maids and butlers and cooks died too. We agreed it was best to wait." Lise said. She looked over at Troye, but it only made her cry harder.

Oliver had been in the hall, hearing the story. He was leaned against the wall by the door, not visible. He slid down the wall, eyes wide. Tears slipped down his cheeks. The story was... Horrible. Terrible. He hiccuped lightly.

Jackson and Harper continued their conversation, wandering the bunker.

Harmony finished cleaning up the blood when she heard Sev yell.She glanced up before sighing."Technically the whole world is horrible."She mutters before putting the mop away and lighting a few candles to get rid of the stench.

Mel winced before wrapping an arm around Oliver."There is something people forget ya know.They forget that after the storm there is always a bright sky."She says trying to make Oliver smile.

Oliver looks up at Mel, his lip quivering. He nods, but hugs Mel. He buries his head in her shoulder, sobbing. His little body quakes.
