Reference: the only good reference I have right now is this concerning image, the hand is a joke and is optional
Pose: any is good!
Read the rules?: nah
Other: The hand in the ref is entirely optional, and you can draw her with a regular mouth (though if you don't, note that it is a human right hand). It doesn't show in the ref but she has regular back stripes the same yellow as the marking under her foot.

ah no problem I just realized how it could be misinterpreted

basically was referring to the two stripes on the back of alolan raichu (it is like that of a pikachu) and how it is yellow like the small marking on her foot, the stripes are not on the foot though and are on the back. I just mentioned it since it didn't show in the image so I included it in case you drew a pose where the stripes are visible, I hope that makes more sense now!
