There is a long-lost city, somewhere in the unknown. They say that it is protected by at least five deities; only one is known to anyone outside the city. Not everyone believes the rumours, of course. Only the inhabitants! However, a small group of people is told to visit
New rumours break out and everyone in the group is terrified. Powers? What? What should they do when some go missing, and more importantly...
What if the rumours are true, and everyone's a danger to themselves and to everyone else?

Relic : Five chain linked rings that protect the user in a armor when used, siphoning the user's blood, and enhance their abilities by a small margin. Syruden has given the relic the name "Blood Rings".
Effect: User's blood being siphoned causes the user to pass out if used for a long period of time.

Syruden: The character stands five feet, eight inches. His hair styled to a fluffy mohawk with a bead braided pony tail coming out from the back of his neck. His eyes are white, and the sciera black. An effect after using the Blood rings for the first time. He wears a black leather jacket that is decorated with fluffy fur on the trims and stops just above his belly button. His black pants are made of a thick polyester material, that at the ankles and waist is frilled with fur. His tan boots are still toed.
Blood Ring Armor: The armor shimmers a crimson metallic glow, horns that erect forth from the forehead and reach towards the back of his skull before twisting forward hugging his head, and if anything could be seen from Syruden in the armor it would be his constricted pupils and iris. This thick armor constricts around Syruden tightly, absorbing the current clothing that will return once the armor has become inactive.

Title: Syruden, and Syreeta's Intro.
"Are you sure you know where we're going?" Syreeta muttered, watching as Syruden found a twig and spun it on the dirt floor multiple times until it pointed down one of the paths.
"Of course I do." Syruden replied, questioning if the path the twig pointed down was the path he really wanted to take.
Syruden stood up, turning around to pat his sister's head before saying, "and I told you to speak up, it's hard to hear you sometimes." Not that he had a hard time hearing Syreeta, but he was trying to get her to be more confident in herself. Ever since they were little she was always soft spoken and uncertain of her actions.

"Alright. It's official." Shawn told Alex, scanning his surroundings. He had absolutely no idea where in the world they were. "We're lost." Out of the corner of his eye, he saw Alex shooting him a dangerous glare. Killjoy. "Hey! Don't give me that look, we'll be fine! We'll make our way back to the city.. somehow.." he whispered the last part. While he was trying to reassure Alex, he was also trying to reassure himself. In times like this, a confidence boost was needed.
Sadly, his prayers weren't answered. Instead of a boost of confidence he received a painful punch in the shoulder from none other than Alex. "Ow!" Shawn half-shouted "That wasn't necessary." he muttered, rubbing his wounded shoulder.
Alex's P.O.V
"We're lost." Alex heard their cousin, Shawn, say, and that was all it took to ruin the mood. They looked Shawn dead in the eye, making their message crystal clear; They were frustrated. Mostly at Shawn. But also at the stupid mess they got themselves into.
Shawn's attempt to reassure Alex had failed, and they made sure their cousin knew it. Alex swung their fist, it connected with Shawn's shoulder. It didn't take Shawn long to react "Ow!" they heard Shawn say. "That wasn't necessary."
"I beg to differ." Alex replied, kicking a pebble. "I was honestly hoping the searing pain would knock some sense into you.. but I guess my luck sucks. Unfortunately.. nothing has changed." they teased, letting out a chuckle. Alex then let out a sigh, time to apologize "Look, I'm sorry I hit you. I was just angry..-"
Alex saw Shawn blink "I know." they heard him say. "I expected worse, since this is Alex York Marshall we're taking about." Shawn joked. Alex grinned. "Yeah, you live to see another day. Teddy was so irritated with her that they had actually lost the main group. He could always try looking for them-he was hypersensitive and could faintly feel the group-but the sheer anger of the situation made the stubborn male refuse. 'But Oliver and Leli.' The tiny voice in the back of his mind sang. Kelly, knowing him, could tell that he was thinking of them from the obvious smile. She snickered as she mentally stashed it away in her potential blackmail box. Eventually, he gave in after his thoughts strayed away from Leli to a little too descriptive fantasy of Oliver.

Lauren had actually done it. She summoned the husky on accident.
"Oh my gosh it's a cute dog!" she screeched, hugging the golden canine. It barked happily while she was paying attention to it. She was somewhat close to maybe five other people that she didn't know.
"Oliver, Leli, did you hear that, mes amies?" a French-accented voice asked. Uh oh, Lauren thought, dragging herself and the husky to a good hiding spot.
"It's this way," a female's voice said calmly, and footsteps were loudly heard.

"I wish we were back at the village." Syreeta whined, as she followed closely behind Syruden.
"You know why we can't go back." Syruden quickly replied, keeping his eyes on the dirt path.
Syreeta got quite after hearing her brother's words, looking at Mitleid with a melancholy stare. "But you didn't have to come with me." She looked back at her brother.
"I know, but I wouldn't be able to sleep knowing my sister was out here unprotected." He looked over his shoulder at Syreeta, giving a smile.
Syreeta blushed, looking away just for a moment before coming to an abrupt stop against Syruden's back. "Why did you... ?" She stopped mid sentence, seeing three people at the end of the path.
Syruden slowly started approaching them with caution, running through scenarios of what they would be doing in this area. "Bandits?" He muttered as he got closer to the small group.
"Brother... L-lets go back..." Syreeta gripped his arm as they grew closer.
