~Jobs, Pay, and Rules for The Shops of "The Christi Franchise"

Okay, to make things much neater and easier to understand I have decided to break up the different available jobs, pays, and rules onto a different page. Hopefully this will get more people to read about the jobs instead of asking me for details without reading anything that my co-owner and I worked hard to type. Thank you for understanding.

Notice! This page is currently undergoing construction due to the new shops and pages being added. We do not know when these changes will be completed so please have patience with us. Thank you.

~Jobs List~

~Item Supplier~

Show hidden content

~In this job you supply items of your choosing to the shop.

~Items of any and all value are appreciated, be it gems, boxes, or even maps or summon items.

~Items of higher value as judged by me and the Price Check Forum may earn you a bonus of 10% to 30%.

~You make a basic wage with bonuses and commissions for supplying items.

~The quantity, quality, and monetary value of those items determines how large of an extra commission you make.

~Supplying more and better items, earns more and better payoffs.

~The more deliveries you make in a single Pay Period, the higher your pay out will be.

Base Pay ~ 50k every payday.
Add-Ons ~ Additional bonus payment per supply shipment, dependent on the quality and quantity of items in the shipment. Usually a percentage of the total value of the shipment.

~Shiny and/or Mega Hunters~

Show hidden content

~Shiny and Mega Hunters are very similar and practically one in the same. Your job is to breed shinies and/or mega-ables for the customer. There are only really six things you need to know as a Hunter.

~You can hunt whatever you want. We don't take orders unless you personally want to and I will never tell you what to hunt.

~You decide how much each Shiny/Mega Slot Costs and this cost can change based on the Pokémon you are hunting and its value.

~You decide how many Shiny/Mega slots you want listed at any time. Be warned; do not make promises to customers that you can not keep.

~You decide if you get paid up front, get paid half up front and half afterwards, or get paid after the shiny hatches.

~Shiny Mega Hunts are permitted as long as you know you can commit to them.

~All Hunts are kept anonymous. This is so the customer contacts me over the hunt and it goes through the shop. The money will be paid to me, and I will send you your percentage once payment is received.

~Do not commit to a hunt or to a customer unless you plan to follow through. Even if you want to stop hunting a particular Pokemon, if you have one more Shiny/Mega to hatch for a customer, keep going or not only will The Shop and myself suffer, but you will be reprimanded and possibly fired.

~For each slot that gets sold through my shop, you will get 85% of the profit and I will get a 15% fee for making the sale, advertising your hunt, and hosting your hunt in my shop.

Shiny Hunter Base Pay ~ 25k Every Payday.
Mega Hunter Base Pay ~ 25k Every Payday.
Special Hunter Base Pay ~ 25k Every Payday. ((With possible bonus.))

~Rules For All Crew Members~

~Three Strike Policy~

Important for Everyone! Do Not Skip!

Show hidden content

Step #1Written Notice of Infraction. No Strikes. ~ For breaking one of the rules, unless it is a serious infraction, I will give you a written warning that a rule has been broken, which rule it was, and if another rule is broken you will receive your first strike.

Step #2Strike #1. ~ The second time any rule is broken, you will receive a message from me inquiring how you are doing because I understand that sometimes real life gets in the way sometimes and other times things just come up. This strike is more of an check up than anything, but it will remain on your record.

Step #3Strike #2. ~ The third time any rule is broken, you will receive a warning that yet another rule has been broken and if you get one more strike you will lose your job.

Step #4Strike #3. ~ After your fourth rule broken, sadly you will be relieved from your job at my shop. You had three other chances to correct your behavior and did not. We're sorry to see you go, but you should have either A) Followed the Rules or B) Actually Read the Rules.

~Rules List~

If you like your job, you should probably read these.
If you're thick headed, dense, or just a moron, I suggest reading them 2 to 5 times just to be safe.

~Item Suppliers~

~Unless I specifically stated otherwise you are prohibited from selling large quantities of items to any other person or shop but me and my shop. I am paying you to supply me and not to out source me. I know our item prices are low right now, but they will get higher. Repeated breaking of this rule is grounds for instant dismissal.

~You are required to supply at least one delivery per two week Pay Period. If you fail to do so, see the Three Strike Policy. I will remind you once as we approach Payday, but if you forget or just don't want to comply, it's your loss. I will not remind you constantly that in order to keep your job you need to do your job. I am the Owner of a Shop, not your baby-sitter.

~Shiny/Mega Hunters~

~If you make a commitment to a customer, especially if you prefer to get paid up front, it will be an automatic strike if you back out of the hunt. Not only that, but any money I have to refund the customer, you will be reimbursing me.

~If you make a commitment to a customer and prefer to be paid up front, if you back out of the hunt not only will it be a strike and PD lost for you, but you will lose your privileges to be paid up front. From that point forward you will only receive your percentage of your fee once the promised Pokemon hatches and is up on the GTS.

~If an order has been fulfilled and the Pokemon is up on the GTS, there is no time limit for the customer to claim it. They can claim it in an hour or they can claim it in a month. Just because they haven't claimed their Pokemon doesn't mean you can do as you please with it because it is still theirs.

~Advertisers~

~Please do not try to make an idiot of me and post more than once a day. I have ways of knowing how many posts were made and I will only count the valid one.

~Follow the guidelines and examples given to you. If a feed is not an official feed and doesn't follow the guidelines, then you don't get paid. Plain and simple. When it comes to if a feed is official, I am your judge, jury, and executioner.... and I write stories, poetry, and do text base role play. Tread carefully.

~Everyone~

~Do not ask me for an advance, do not ask me for a raise, do not complain that you don't make enough, and do not complain that other people make more than you. I pay everyone fairly based on the work they do. I even keep a log ((That will be posted in the Pay Section and on the Shop Page)) of everyone's Base Pay, what they do on what date, and how much money it earned them. I don't want to hear it. I make sure everyone gets a fair pay for what they do. Want more PD? Do more around the Shop.

~Do not try to use your job as leverage to get what you want or blackmail me. Refusing to do your job until I meet your demands is ground for an instant strike. Let me tell you that you'll get the short end of the stick since I won't cave to what you want and you'll be one step closer to being out of a job.

~Do not mix personal matters with business matters. Just because I may personally owe you something, doesn’t mean you get to threaten to refuse your job or threaten to quit your job. Personal - Business. Separate the two before you get in trouble.

~Poor conduct such as purposely and repeatedly ignoring PalPads/Private Messages from the Owner ((However it is understood if you are busy, afk, or don't see the messages)), purposely ignoring directions from the Owner and Co-Owner, purposely and repeatedly ignoring crew feeds with important information or instructions, generally rude or insulting behavior towards any other crew member, etc, etc. I am the judge of what is or is not poor conduct.

~Base Pay, Paychecks, and You~

~How the Whole System Works~

Show hidden content

~You don't get paid on the spot or immediately when a transaction happens.

~You do get a bi-weekly paycheck that has all the money owed to you on it.

~For those of you who don't know what bi-weekly means, it means every other week.

~Payday is on every other Sunday.

~Item Suppliers, you do not get the full amount of the items worth up front.

~Item Suppliers, you do get a percentage of what the items are worth based on quantity and quality on your pay check.

~ Item Suppliers, Just to drive home the point: not immediately, but on your pay check like every one else on every other Sunday. And a fair percentage based on value. Not the whole amount.

~The only workers that get low pay checks and can't bring the number up is Shiny/Mega Hunters.

~Shiny/Mega Hunter's do, however, get the 85% of what they charge per slot when and if a slot is filled.

~Advertisers, you do get a bi-weekly pay check with your base pay and the worth of the feeds you've posted throughout the two week Pay Period.

~Advertisers, remember to follow the guidelines and examples or you will not get paid for that post.

~To keep track of everything, and to keep from being accused of ripping people off, I keep a detailed list for Suppliers and Advertisers of who made deliveries and advertisements, on what days, and how much they earned from it.

~My detailed Payment List includes all my employees to not only keep track of their Base Pay, but just in case they do something for me to earn PD.

~Just in case you get confused or insist that something on my list is wrong and I owe you more PD, I will let you know now that at the exact time a delivery is made, an ad is posted, or any other job is done for the Shop, I document what was done, the date it occurred, and the amount earned. There are no mistakes for I am very meticulous and thorough.

~All members of my crew have access to both the Payment List and Infraction List as both lists will be posted on this page and the shop page.

~In order for your pay to go up, the Shop's income has to go up. So, if you want a higher pay then you have to work harder and help me make our Shop a success. ((Especially you, Item Suppliers since we need you to keep us supplied.))

~Simply put: The more PD the Shop brings in, the more PD you'll make.

And that about sums it up for the most part in the simplest way I can put it.

~MVP Bonus~

Show hidden content

The MVP Bonus - or in this case the Most Valuable Employee Bonus - will be determined by me, based on who contributes to the shop the most.

After the MVP has been determined, then they will receive a bonus a bonus of 100k on their next pay check. That’s right. By trying as hard as you can and giving it your all, you can get an extra 100k each Payday!

~Base Pay and Payment Log~

Show hidden content

Your Base Pay is the amount of PD you automatically get for being part of my crew each Payday.

Right now the Base Pay for all jobs is pretty low, but it will got up as we bring in more PD.

The only way you don't get your Base Pay is if you neglect your job for that entire Pay Period.

For Item Suppliers it counts as a retainer fee as well to keep them supplying me.

Below are the different Base Pay as they currently are for each position.

Remember, all Base Pay is subject to change depending on business and income.

If you want your Base Pay to go up so you can earn more PD, the Shop had to earn more PD first.

~Base Pay for all Positions~

Partner ~ 50k
Item Supplier ~ 50k
Shiny Hunter ~ 25k
Mega Hunter ~ 25k
Shiny Mega Hunter ~ 25k
Advertiser ~ 10k
Site Designer ~ 10k
Rudimentary Management ~ 10k

So, yeah. That's about all you need to know about the way the Shop works. If you have any questions or would like to join our crew, I'm just a PalPad Away. I do, however, ask that you do not comment on this page since this is meant to be purely information about the Shop and I'd like to keep it as neat as possible. Thank you.
